Las Vegas water is hard, the summers hit 115 and monsoon season blows half the desert into the pool. We plan the whole year around it.
Hard water
A calcium line at the tile is normal here. We scrub it every visit and bead-blast it once a year.

July through September, the week after a storm we add a second skim at no charge.

Are chemicals really included?
Yes. On weekly service, the chemicals that keep the water balanced are in the monthly price. The only extras are repairs and one-time jobs, and we quote those before we start.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need the gate code or a key, and the dogs inside on your service day. The photo report shows you the pool and the readings before we leave.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Why is there a white line on my tile?
That's calcium. Las Vegas water is hard, so a line at the tile is normal here. We scrub it every visit and bead-blast it off once a year, from $425.
